Carrier Flooring Programs

Several national flooring vendors work with property insurance carriers to provide replacement flooring materials and installation to policyholders through Flooring Replacement Programs. Using ITEL analysis, these programs help policyholders find similar replacement flooring from qualified local flooring suppliers.

While ITEL helps facilitate Flooring Replacement Programs at the request of carriers and flooring vendors, we remain independent and are in no way financially affiliated with flooring retailers. ITEL’s Flooring Supplier Option (FSO)

ITEL does not sell flooring or recommend stores. However, some national flooring replacement vendors have offered to assist adjusters with finding like kind and quality replacement flooring at or near the ITEL Benchmark Price.

The Flooring Supplier Option gives adjusters a choice of national flooring replacement vendors; there is no extra charge or fee payable to ITEL for this service.
