Mark Mullins, Chairman and CEO of ITEL

Mark Mullins, of ITEL, is one of the original founders of ITEL in 1993. His extensive business experience includes serving as President and COO of Paul Davis Systems, Inc., owning a manufacturing company, serving on the Board of Directors of six corporations and performing in several capacities for numerous enterprises during his more than 45 years in business.

His community involvement with civic, charitable and church leadership has consistently played a significant role in Mark’s life. He has served on the Board and has been President or Chairman of local Salvation Army, United Way, YMCA and Senior Citizen Center. He has served on the boards of a local hospital, private school, and Children’s Home Society. In two communities outside of Jacksonville Mark was the President of Economic Development Organizations, whose objective was to attract new businesses to the area.

Mark and his family are members of the Mandarin United Methodist Church in Jacksonville where Mark has served on the Board and on the Finance Committee. Mark was involved extensively with the Trinity United Methodist Church in Gainesville where he served on the Administrative Board, Executive Committee of the Board and was Chairperson of the Staff Parish Committee and a Stevens Minister.

He and his wife Judy reside in Jacksonville and have three grown children and five grandchildren.
