To order supplies, you can use the request form below or call ITEL Customer Service at 800-890-ITEL (4835). Supplies are provided free-of-charge and will always be the current version needed to send samples. The shipping fee for sending the sample to ITEL will be billed as part of your test fee.

The new Test Request Forms are now available with options for siding analysis. It's easy to keep track of the latest version by downloading the Test Request Form.
