ITEL's Customer Service Team has one goal... to make our laboratory results useful to our customers in the claims settlement process. There is no charge for calling and Customer Service representatives are encouraged to stay on calls as long as it takes to meet the customers’ needs.
From the moment your claim sample is sent to ITEL to beyond the closing of that claim, all ITEL customer service is included at no extra fee. We always strive to maintain the high level of service our customers have grown accustomed to.
